Artwork and Order Planning

Print-ready PDF or vector artwork is preferred. Share separate front and back artwork where applicable. Request the production template before finalizing bleed, safe margins and slot clearances.

If attendee personalization is required, confirm the spreadsheet format with Badgio before sending attendee data. Submit only the information needed for printing.

Production and Shipping

These badges are produced to order. Confirm current pricing, minimum quantity, artwork approval arrangements, production time and shipping charges with Badgio before ordering.

If you have a firm event deadline, provide both the event date and your required delivery date. Do not assume a delivery commitment until it has been confirmed for your order.
